Prime minister Stefan Löfven chooses to reconstitute the government. Minister for infrastructure Anna Johansson, the minister of interior, Anders Ygeman, and Gabriel Wikström leave the government. Some ministers get new tasks.

Two people is totally new in the country’s government:

Tomas Eneroth (S) – new minister of infrastructure and Heléne Fritzon (S) – new migration and the deputy minister of justice.

I have considered the various policy alternatives. I choose the one that is best for the country”, said Löfven.

However, he thinks that it needed a ”very thorough discussion about our constitution” and that Sweden will not be ruled by minority governments in the future if misstroendeförklaringar in this way is used for political purposes.
