Europe: house Prices continue to increase

House prices continue to rise in the whole of Europe. Compared with last year, the prices of detached houses increased by 4% on average.

Of the reporting EU countries showed the Czech republic the strongest growth, +2.9% in the first quarter, compared with the previous quarter. The other way goes to Malta, where house prices dropped by 5.4 per cent compared with the previous quarter.

Compared with the previous year, there was also the Czech republic, which had the strongest development, +12.8%, while Croatia developed the weakest, – 0.4 per cent.

As usual, belongs to Sweden one of the countries where prices rise the most – 6.6 percent .
